  • How do I check if a certain date is available?

    • Call our event coordinator at (956) 969-3100, or send an email to coordinator@villadecortezweslaco.com

  • How far in advance do we need to book?

    • We suggest booking as soon as possible. Popular dates may be booked 12-18 months in advance.

  • Can I bring in beer and wine?

    • Unfortunately, TABC regulations prohibit guests from supplying their own alcoholic beverages. Beer, wine, and wine-based mixed drinks are available for purchase in our bar. You can view our selection of adult beverages by clicking here.

  • Do you provide catering services?

    • No. If you need help finding a caterer for your event, please ask our coordinator for our list of preferred vendors.

  • When can I come in to decorate?

    • We allow you to come in the day of your event at 11AM. If we don’t have an event the day prior, we’ll allow you to decorate during business hours.

  • Do I have to clean up after my party?

    • 2nd Floor Crystal Ballroom: No, you are not required to sweep, vacuum, or mop. We ask only that you clear all of your belongings. However, the caterer must clean, sweep, and mop the kitchen, and dispose of all kitchen trash.

    • Cellarbration Room: Yes, please clear all tables and decorations and dispose of all trash.

  • Do you accept credit cards?

    • Yes! We accept in-person credit card transactions for deposits, payment for the full venue rental fee, and bar purchases. We do not accept over-the-phone credit card transactions, and we do not accept credit cards if you will be paying the venue rental fee over time on our payment plan.

  • Can I pay the venue rental fee over time? Or do you require full payment upon booking?

    • You can absolutely make payments! We offer up to 12 months of interest-free financing as long as your balance is paid in full one month before the date of your event. We only accept ACH bank transfer (preferred), cash, and/or checks for payments. We do NOT accept credit cards for periodic payments.

  • Do you provide linens and/or centerpieces? Am I allowed to bring my own?

    • 2nd Floor Crystal Ballroom: Yes, we have a large selection of linens and centerpieces for you to choose from. You are also welcome to bring your own as long as they’re cloth/fabric.

    • Cellarbration room: We do not provide linens or centerpieces, and we kindly ask that you provide enough of your own to cover all tables.

  • Can I bring in my own security guard?

    • No, we provide security.
